Trailer Loading Magic

Trailer Loading Magic

Take the headache out of hauling your horse. Follow these simple steps to teach your horse to easily load in the trailer

If you want to teach your horse to load in the trailer easily, every time, this video will show you how!

This video takes the frustration out of teaching horses to load. Whether you’re loading a yearling for the very first time, or loading an old spoiled trailer fighter, this video will show you how in both cases!

You’ll learn a simple technique that’ll quickly have your horse loading in the trailer willingly with confidence.

Plus, you’ll be able to do it without the help of another person or resorting to gimmicks, butt ropes, war bridles etc.

And no, you won’t have to beg or bribe him to get in either.

Once the horse is loaded, I show how to safely tie and close the divider while keeping the horse calm and cool.

I also discuss important trailering tips that’ll help keep your horse happy, safe and comfortable while riding in the trailer.

Hi there,

I have a coming two year old who I want to train to load easy. The only advice I got, was to use a lot of ropes and force him in. I tried this, and it just ended in disaster with the colt more afraid of the trailer than before. I use a stock trailer, which, should be similiar to a slant-load. Will this video help us? I just want a horse that loads easy! My riding gelding always bulks at the trailer as well. I have been searching for affordable, professional help. Thanks!

@Larissa: Hi Larissa. Yes, it will definitely help you (if you actually follow the instructions). Your stock trailer will even make it easier.

Take care,

Larry T.

Question: Do the concepts taught in this video (Trailer Loading Magic) work for slant trailers only or do they work for straight load trailers as well? My horse loads fine in a large 4 horse slant trailer, but will not go into a smaller, 2 horse straight load.

@Eric: Hi Eric. Personally, if I were a horse, I wouldn't go into a small, straight load trailer either.

The normal sized slant-load is the trailer used in the video.
